If you have received an email from us about your pass being extended, this is because we have decided to delay your renewal date and offer extended access to our premium content for no extra charge. Please see below the different scenarios, depending on your current type of pass and subscription.
- If you have an Annual Pass that is pre-paid for the year, your next payment will be pushed by 30 days. If your Annual Pass has been recently renewed, we will still add an additional 30 days to your subscription, at no extra cost to you.
- If you have an Annual Pass that you pay for in monthly installments, we will be adding an additional month to the end of your Eurosport Player Annual Pass subscription at no extra cost to you. Once all 12 installments have been paid and your subscription is up for renewal, we will extend your access to our Premium content for 30 days to allow for the time we have not been able to stream live sports.
- If you have a Monthly Pass that you pay for each month, your next subscription payment for the Eurosport Player is on us. This means we will not charge you while we see how the situation evolves. We will communicate more details on this once live sport is back on air.
- If you purchased the player via your Apple Store or Google Play, for the next month, your subscription to Eurosport Player is on us completely free to you. This means we will not take a payment from you while we see how the current Covid-19 situation evolves. We will communicate more details on this once live sport is back on air.
