If you have logged into the Eurosport Player and have received the below error message, it could be because:
1. you are trying to connect from a territory where the service is not available. Check the list of all territories where the Eurosport Player is available here.
2. you are trying to play a video or login into your account after travelling abroad
3. You live close to a border
If any of the last 2 reasons above is true, you could try the following troubleshooting steps:
- clear cache and cookies
- restart the device
- relaunch the app
