If you are trying to log in on the Eurosport Player website, please check the following:
- You’ve subscribed via the Eurosport Player website and not through your iTunes/Google Play account.
- You’re using your Eurosport Player credentials and not your Eurosport credentials. Don’t know the difference? Please read here
- Your device and internet connection match the requirements to run Eurosport PlayerYour password doesn’t include any country specific special characters such as é, è, ô, ü
If you are trying to log in via the app on your mobile device (iOS or Android), please do the following:
1. Uninstall the current Eurosport Player app and then reinstall the latest version of the Eurosport Player app from the app store
2. Activate Location (GPS) access to Eurosport Player on your device via Settings
3. If you’ve subscribed through your Google Play or iTunes account make sure you’re logged in with that account before opening the Eurosport Player app
