I have an active Eurosport Player subscription but have not created an account. What should I do?
If you have an active Eurosport Player subscription but you have never created an account with us, please follow these steps:
- Open the Eurosport Player App
- You will be asked to go the App Store and download the new version of the app
- Click on “Restore Purchase”
- A confirmation screen with “Purchases restored” will appear
- You are now able to enjoy the content on our brand-new app!
