If you currently have an active Eurosport Pass, you may have heard the news. From 1 August 2019, Bundesliga matches will no longer be available on Eurosport Player. You should have received an email with more details on the changes to the service (Subject line: "Information about your contract; Changes to the Service") and what will still be included in your Pass.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription in light of these changes, you can do so by following the instructions provided to you in that email.
If purchased a Monthly Pass directly from us, please follow the steps outlined in this article to cancel your subscription.
If you purchase a Monthly Pass via the Eurosport Player app, you will need to cancel your subscription via the relevant app store (iTunes or Google Play). For more information you can read this article.
