Eurosport Season Pass
A Eurosport Season Pass gives you access to a season of one or more type(s) of sport, whether to a specific league, range of tournaments or competitions (Season Content) for a minimum term of six months. The minimum term begins on the day you sign up for your Pass.
There is no sign-up fee. You will just need to pay for your Eurosport Season Pass. The timing of that payment (whether this is an upfront payment each season or broken down into regular instalments) will depend on the type of Eurosport Season Pass you purchase. If you purchase a Eurosport Season Pass that is payable each season by way of an upfront payment, your debit/credit card will be debited with your upfront payment on the day that you sign up for your Eurosport Season Pass unless we tell you otherwise (for example, where a free period of access applies) and you’ll get access to the relevant Season Content straight away until the end of the access period specified to you on purchase. If you purchase a Eurosport Season Pass that is payable each season by way of instalments, your debit/credit card will be debited with your first instalment on the day that you sign up for your Eurosport Season Pass unless we tell you otherwise (for example, where a free period of access applies) and you’ll get access to the relevant Season Content straight away until the end of the access period specified to you on purchase.
Your Eurosport Season Pass will continue unless cancelled as described below:
- If you have signed up for a Eurosport Season Pass with a free period of access, your Pass will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the free period unless you cancel your subscription at any time before the free period ends. You can do this through your ‘Account’ by clicking on ‘Subscription’ and then following the online prompts. Whilst we will take your debit/credit card details on the day that you sign up for your Pass, we will not take payment from you until the end of the free period of access. If your Pass automatically converts to a paid subscription, your chosen method of payment will be debited on the day of automatic conversion (and then on or around the same day each month after that if you have purchased a Eurosport Season Pass payable in instalments). If you prevent your Eurosport Season Pass from automatically converting, you’ll continue to have access to the relevant Season Content until the end of the free period of access and no payment will be taken.
- At any time on or before the end of the minimum term but after any free period of access, you may cancel your Eurosport Season Pass. You can do this through your ‘Account’ by clicking on ‘Subscription’ and then following the online prompts. If you cancel your Pass on or before the end of the minimum term, you will continue to have access to the relevant Eurosport Content until the end of the minimum term. If you paid upfront for your Pass, no further payments will be taken and you will be entitled to a partial refund equal to the value of the unused but paid for whole days that are left to run on your Pass after the minimum term. If you are paying in instalments, you will still have to pay all instalments due and not yet paid as access will be available to you until the end of the minimum term. If your final instalment payment also includes payment for access after the end of the minimum term, you will be entitled to a partial refund equal to the value of paid for whole days that are left to run on your Pass after the minimum term. No further payments will be taken after that.
If you do not cancel your Eurosport Season Pass before the end of the minimum term, it will continue until the end of the access period specified to you on purchase before automatically renewing for each full season (irrespective of whether you originally purchased your Pass mid-season). Your chosen method of payment will be debited on the day of automatic renewal (and then on or around the same day each month after that if you have purchased a Eurosport Season Pass payable in instalments).
- You may cancel your Eurosport Season Pass at any time after the end of the minimum term. You can do this through your ‘Account’ by clicking on ‘Subscription’ and then following the online prompts. If you cancel your Pass at any time after the end of the minimum term, your access will end on the day you cancel and your pass will not automatically renew for the next season of access. If you paid upfront for your Pass, no further payments will be taken and you will be entitled to a partial refund equal to the value of the unused but paid for whole days that are left to run on your Pass. If you paid in instalments for your Pass, you’ll continue to have access to the relevant Eurosport Content until the end of the month you have paid for and no refund will be given. No further payments will be taken after that.
