Eurosport Annual Pass
A Eurosport Annual Pass gives you access to a great range of Eurosport Content via Eurosport Player Devices for a minimum term of one year. In the case of a Eurosport Annual Pass that is payable by way of a yearly, upfront payment, the minimum term begins, each year, on the date that we take your yearly, upfront payment. In the case of a Eurosport Annual Pass that is payable in instalments, the minimum term begins, each year, on the date that we take the first instalment payment for that year of access.
There is no sign-up fee. You will just need to pay for your Eurosport Annual Pass. The timing of that payment (whether this is a yearly, upfront payment or broken down into regular instalments) will be specified to you on purchase. If you purchase a Eurosport Annual Pass that is payable each year by way of a yearly, upfront payment, your debit/credit card will be debited with your yearly, upfront payment on the day that you sign up for a Eurosport Annual Pass unless we tell you otherwise (for example, where a free trial applies) and you’ll get access to the relevant Eurosport Content straight away. If you purchase a Eurosport Annual Pass that is payable each year by way of instalments, your debit/credit card will be debited with your first instalment on the day that you sign up for a Eurosport Annual Pass unless we tell you otherwise (for example, where a free trial applies) and you’ll get access to the relevant Eurosport Content straight away.
Your Eurosport Annual Pass will continue unless cancelled as described below:
- If you have signed up for a Eurosport Annual Pass with a free trial, your Pass will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription at any time before the free trial ends. You can do this through your ‘Account’ by clicking on ‘Subscription’ and then following the online prompts. Whilst we will take your debit/credit card details on the day that you sign up for your Pass, we will not take payment from you until the end of the free trial period. If your Pass automatically converts to a paid subscription, your chosen method of payment will be debited on the day of automatic conversion (and then on or around the same day each month after that if you have purchased a Eurosport Annual Pass payable in instalments). If you prevent your Eurosport Annual Pass from automatically converting, you’ll continue to have access to the relevant Eurosport Content until the end of the free trial period and no payment will be taken.
- If you have signed up for a Eurosport Annual Pass with a free trial and this has automatically converted to a paid subscription or, if you have signed up for a Eurosport Annual Pass without a free trial, you may prevent your Eurosport Annual Pass from automatically renewing at any time before your next year’s access is due to begin. You can do this through your ‘Account’ by clicking on ‘Subscription’ and then following the online prompts. If you prevent your Eurosport Annual Pass from automatically renewing, you will continue to have access to the relevant Eurosport Content until the end of the minimum term and no refund will be given. If you paid up front, no further payments will be taken. If you are paying in instalments, you will still have to pay all instalments due and not yet paid in the current minimum term. No further payments will be taken after that.
If you do not prevent automatic renewal, your Pass will automatically renew each year. Your chosen method of payment will be debited on the day of automatic renewal with your upfront payment (if you previously purchased a Eurosport Annual Pass that is payable upfront) or with your first instalment payment (if you previously purchased a Eurosport Annual Pass that is payable in instalments) and then on or around the same day each month after that (in the case of a Eurosport Annual Pass that is payable in instalments).
