Why can't I login to my Account from the App?
There could be several factors that explain why you aren’t able to log back into your account. Below are the most common scenarios:
1. You haven’t logged in in several weeks/months in which case we suggest that you get a Reset Password link sent over to your inbox. Reset my password.
2. Are you using the latest version of the App? Log in to your app store and find out if a new version of the app is available to download. When in doubt, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to force the update.
3. You never logged in to Eurosport from this device. In this case, you might need to “restore” your purchase.
Android device:
- Open the App
- Click “subscribe”
- Then, click “Restore purchase”
- You’re all set and ready to stream
Apple device:
- Open the App
- Click “subscribe”
- Then, click “Restore purchase”
- A confirmation message will appear, you’re ready to stream
4. Are you using the browsers and devices compatible with the Eurosport sites?
5. You are trying to login with the wrong credentials or there might be a typo in them. In this case, look for the confirmation email of your subscription to verify the email address and try to login again.
