Cancelation steps may vary depending on the platform you originally purchased your subscription from. For example, the instructions will differ from Web to App.
If you purchased your subscription from the Eurosport app, click here to access your Apple Store Subscription page and follow the steps until you’ve received confirmation that your subscription renewal has been cancelled.
From your phone or tablet, go to:
- Open the Apple Store
- Click on “Featured”, enter your AppleID and AppleID password
- Go to “Subscriptions” > “Manage”
- Change the Auto-renewal status from On to OFF and confirm
In the following minutes Apple Store will confirm by email as well.
Important notice: The Eurosport Pass is a subscription that auto-renews until its owner cancels the renewal. Upon cancellation of subscription renewal, the customer will keep their access to the Eurosport streaming service until the next renewal date - which would have now become the subscription termination date.
