Can't complete payment. Why?
There could be a few reasons why you may be unable to complete the payment while subscribing to our service.
1. Credit card details may be incorrect.
It is easy to mistype numbers so please make sure you have entered all the required information correctly.
2. No funds available.
Are you using a pre-paid card or a Paypal account? Please make sure there are enough funds on the account to proceed with the payment
3. The payment method is not supported.
We accept payment via Paypal or the following debit and credit cards: Visa, American Express & Mastercard.
4. The country of your credit card does not match the country where you are purchasing the Pass.
Following the EU Portability regulation, you must use a credit card from the same country as the one where the service is being offered. For example, if you have a French credit card you will be expected to purchase a French pass.
Payments are done in the local currency unless otherwise specified.
